Day one on oxyelite pro.

Excersizes
- Ran one lap around the track
- Walked two
- Stretches and running excersizes for ten-fifteen minutes
- Drill practice tonight at six which will be for three hours.

Meals
- half of a bagel with light cream cheese
- half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich
- drank bottle of water
- probably cereal for dinner or nothing

First day of oxyelite pro feelings
- shaky/jittery from the caffeine
- completely died on the track
- throat feels kind of tight
- VERY clammy hands
- cold but sweating

I was extremely focused on the plus side! Hopefully the second day on OEP will be better, but today wasn’t all that great. My body needs to get used to it.

the blood has dried up and now it’s just scabs, the worst part is i have gym tomorrow. t-shirts can not hide this.
